I was over charged on my credit card (4x) for 1 order I had to call several times over the course of 3 days before FINALLY getting a refund. I also got made to feel like a nuisance when I did call (a man in the background was saying how incredibly busy the owner is that he?d get to me when he got to me). Absolute WORST experience for me after just moving to this area trying to find good places to eat. WILL NOT BE A RETURN CUSTOMER I also plan to let any friends family in the area know about my experience so THEY won?t be return customers either! (Only reason they received even 1 star was for the nice guy, Nick, who TRIED to help me)
We ordered two subs: a mini turkey and a regular roast beef. My daughter and I thought they were both excellent! The rolls were fantastic! The roast beef was sliced right in front of me, and it was absolutely delicious. I believe the prices were fair for what we got. I can't wait to try some more items!
I visited for the first time and I'm not sure how long they've been in Queensbury. I tried the Italian sub, and it was delicious! The staff was friendly, and the place was clean. I would definitely consider going back. We could use one of these in Kingston, New York!
I really love Jersey Mike's! I had no idea they closed at 9 PM. I rushed in, thinking I could grab a sub for dinner, but when I got there, it was 9:20 PM and they told me they were closed. What a bummer—no sub for me tonight! The place smelled amazing, though. Yum!

Always enjoy our subs grom here. Today we are inside for the first in over a year. Wish they eoukd carry black olives as one of the veggies for subs. People are not following the six feet apart markers which makes it difficult to use the bathrooms or discard trash.
I enjoy ordering through the app. Although the taste of the sandwich can vary from time to time, it's always a great experience with the food being ready on time!
