I have always ordered food from this place and it was great until recently when we went near 5 pm and ordered two rice dishes (chicken and beef Donair). The rice was very yellow than other days. I'm not sure if they use coloring or saffron, but it was too much and made us angry. When saffron is used, too much of it can be very dangerous. The men who were on the flesh (Scorpio Tattoo on the arm) cut the Donair very thick and in huge pieces. I got Donair from this restaurant, and some of the staff cut them very thin, making them more sensitive and more juicy. Hopefully things improve and we can order from this place again.
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was fantastic, and the staff were delightful, offering service with sincere smiles. Ahmed stood out for his exceptional courtesy and politeness. We tried the Chicken Shawarma and the Shish Taouk Plate, both of which featured tender, flavorful chicken. They even surprised us with a complimentary plate of falafel! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic Middle Eastern shawarma and falafel experience. It will certainly be one of my favorite spots in Calgary!
From the moment I entered, I was blown away! There was so much fresh food and an incredible array of delicious choices that it was tough to decide. Despite the extensive variety, everything was replenished quickly; nothing sits around for long, and all the meat is freshly cooked. The flavor, texture, and presentation were fantastic. The teamwork among the staff was impressive; they operated like a well-oiled machine! Thank you for a wonderful experience. We will definitely return and recommend this place to all our friends!
I absolutely love the food here! It's not only delicious but also very hygienic. As a vegetarian, I appreciate how their veggie plate offers a great variety. The garlic sauce and crispy falafel are standout favorites for me. Every bite is packed with flavor. A tip: definitely ask for extra garlic sauce with your potatoes! This restaurant is amazing! The variety of toppings and sauces is outstanding, and the flavors are simply delightful. The customer service is top-notch, with the staff being incredibly friendly and welcoming. As someone from a Middle-Eastern background, I can confirm that the food is genuinely authentic. If you haven't been here yet, you definitely should! You won't regret it!
I had a fantastic experience! When I arrived, I was welcomed with lovely tea and some food samples. The staff was not only quick but also exceptionally friendly. The restroom was clean and had a nice scent. Just a note about the food: the portion sizes are quite large!
Very good place to grab a full meal. The service was quick and nice. I was also provided with many options from flavours to meats. Good combination of protein, fats and carbohydrates. Highly recommend and will be pinning this restaurant for future visits.
