IMPORTANT WARNING!! I ordered a pizza from this restaurant on April 3, 2022. Although the delivery took an hour and a half, that wasn’t my main issue. Everything seemed fine until I found out that my card had been restricted. When I contacted my bank, they informed me that someone else had used my card at Jet Pizza. My tip to the Uber driver was also declined. If my bank hadn't closed my card, I would have potentially lost all my money. I don't know if this was an action taken by the staff or management, but it is completely unacceptable. I highly recommend that everyone avoid ordering from here!

I ordered pizza on the 3rd april 2022. the time they delivered me was 1 and half an hour, but I don't care. everything was in order until I found out that my card was limited, I went to the bank and they said my card had been used by a stranger, and they were at jet pizza, even the tip I gave to the slip, will not be accepted if the bank my card had not closed I lost all my money. I do not know whether this is done by personal or management, but that is completely unacceptable, so I advise everyone not to order here!
Did pizza delivery on Saturday night and it took about an hour when ordering at 6:15pm. Opted for the All Meaty 8 Corner Detroit style. The pizza crust was great, buttery and crunchy. Pizza was cooked just right and delivered hot. Topping ratio was good but the crust is so rich that the excess meats made it extra greasy and it would be better to just go with pepperoni or some veggies. Would order again.
Always an exceptional pizza! We recently found that Hawaiian pizza has become one of our new favorites here. The pizza, the cheese bread, and even the Greek salads are all outstanding. If you haven't given Jets another chance, do yourself a favor and place an order. I've heard from others that the thin crust is great, but the 8-corner pizza is just too good for us to try anything else.

I just picked up my pizza from Jets, and I noticed something concerning. One of the staff members coughed into his hand, then wiped his nose with it, and he didn’t wash his hands afterward. I mentioned this to one of his coworkers, suggesting that he should be reminded about hygiene. Now I’m a bit uneasy about the pizza.
The pizza is good, but make sure to specify your preferred crust when ordering over the phone. If you don't mention it, they'll automatically assume you want their square deep dish option. They won't ask you which crust you prefer, so it's important to clearly communicate your choice.
Everything was absolutely perfect! I highly recommend this restaurant! They have the best pizza and customer service in Cary! The service was professional and friendly, and the pizza was fantastic! Thank you, Allisa!
The pizza was overcooked and had a bad flavor, and to make matters worse, there was a long hair in it. The staff consisted of only young children. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The food was so tasty! I placed my order via text and it was ready in no time! The staff were all fast and very welcoming. I will definitely be returning! 10 out of 10.
