I have been a longtime customer of this restaurant because of its convenient location near my home. I had a previous issue with someone using my phone number to place orders and not picking them up, which resulted in me having to place orders in person instead of over the phone. After speaking with the manager, the issue was resolved. However, I encountered the same problem again recently. The manager on duty was not very friendly and seemed indifferent to my concerns. I called back and spoke to a manager named James who was very helpful. we had stopped eating out of this load. determined to try again. the personal is still rude and very unprofessional and cannot fill in order. although we were over ordering at least 3x with the first young man, and then with the manager, we were silently missed sauces, wings were burned and eating was very over price. (even after the manager gave us a discount. it is very frustrating to pay so much for such bad quality.
I ordered a cheese pizza and a meat lovers pizza. The cheese on the cheese pizza was overflowing and the crust was crispy. The meat lovers pizza was covered in both meat and cheese. This was one of the best experiences I've had at a pizza restaurant in recent memory. This Jets location is superior to Ferndale on 8 Mile and Telegraph. I will be coming to this Jets pizza location from now on.
This restaurant is my go-to for deep dish pizza. They have great wing dings and salads. If you're looking for healthier options, they also offer cauliflower pizza and gluten-free choices.
