I don 't know if it 's their phones or them but I called up and asked for a BBQ Pizza. The lady on the phone told me that it had ranch on it. I said no I don 't want ranch with it. I kept saying on the phone SPECIFICALLY BARBECUE CHICKEN PIZZA . The lady repeated that the pizza came with ranch. I asked if she could take that off and she said yes. Went to pick the pizza up. I have been a longtime customer of this restaurant because of its convenient location near my home. I had a previous issue with someone using my phone number to place orders and not picking them up, which resulted in me having to place orders in person instead of over the phone. After speaking with the manager, the issue was resolved. However, I encountered the same problem again recently. The manager on duty was not very friendly and seemed indifferent to my concerns. I called back and spoke to a manager named James who was very helpful. we had stopped eating out of this load. determined to try again. the personal is still rude and very unprofessional and cannot fill in order. although we were over ordering at least 3x with the first young man, and then with the manager, we were silently missed sauces, wings were burned and eating was very over price. (even after the manager gave us a discount. it is very frustrating to pay so much for such bad quality.
Jets Pizza is usually very good but, on June 21st, at 5:32pm, I purchased a small square Pizza that was not fully cooked. The meat hadn't cooked thoroughly and the pizza tasted unpleasant. I just took it as a $15 lost. Don't think I will be going there for a while.

Ordered lunch for a client's office. JETS Staff was great and taking my order and having it ready on time. It looked delicious as you can see in the picture below. Everything was nice and hot and very tasty.
This restaurant is my go-to for deep dish pizza. They have great wing dings and salads. If you're looking for healthier options, they also offer cauliflower pizza and gluten-free choices.
Ordered a cauliflower pizza and it was burnt! So frustrated because I really wanted it. The crust was black! They cooked it to long. Not happy with paying a lot for terrible quality.
well it was my first time going to their location I like it that they close later than the other locations the pizza wasn't bad at all nice and hot keep up the good job guys
