Très déçue de ma première expérience au Jiaxiang. Repas pour un grand groupe 20 personnes) avec un menu pré sélectionné. Le service était très lent pour un restaurant chinois, un plat après l'autre. Quand nous avons demandé où était le riz, la serveuse a répondu de manière brusque. Le repas a duré 3h en tout. De même, sur le menu pré sélectionné, 3 plats ne sont jamais arrivés. Quand nous demandons à un des serveurs, il dit ne pas être au courant. Pourtant j'ai vu un des plats manquants être servis à une autre table, étrange. Côté plats, la quantité laissait vraiment à désirer. Pour une table de 7 personnes par exemple, nous n'avons eu droit qu'à 10 crêpes pour 1 canard croustillant. Et pas...
Visiting from Canada, attempted to eat here twice, once for dinner and once for lunch. Both times they were very rude, condescending right from the entry to the restaurant. We did not have reservations but the second time they did have space. However the greeting hostess gave us such a bad cut eye right from the entrance with an audible sigh as if we were inconveniencing them. We decided to walk out right away. Work on training your staff in terms of greeting guests with respect, especially if they are the same ethnicity as you. The first thing you do to any guest is to greet them with respect. Absolute shame. Never coming back.
Commander au restaurant était quasiment impossible, car le personnel ne parlait ni français ni anglais. Par conséquent, nous avons reçu un plat différent de celui commandé. Nos réclamations ont été vaines en raison de la barrière de la langue et du désintérêt général du personnel. De plus, le restaurant était assez froid et il y avait beaucoup de courants d'air. Je n'ai pas aimé le goût non plus.
Une excellente adresse pour les amateurs de cuisine asiatique. Les plats sont délicieux et les portions très correctes. Les prix sont raisonnables pour Genève, pour une qualité bien supérieure aux restaurants chinois de France voisine.

Un endroit fabuleux, avec un service exceptionnel. Le personnel est toujours disponible et très gentil, et la nourriture est excellente! Un super restaurant, caché sur la Rue de Lausanne! Merci beaucoup et à très bientôt!
Super restaurant chinois traditionnel. Les plats sont bon et bien servi. Le personnel est souriant et très accueillant. Les prix sont correct. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
Really authentic Chinese (hunan style) food. The staffs are friendly, and the portion size is decent. Good choice if you crave for some Chinese on a cold winter night!
