Man. I'm so conflicted over this place. I really don't support the owner or his life choices, so I wish I could stand behind my convictions and not give this place my business. But their sandwiches are really good. Their tuna subs and turkey subs are a big hit at our house. You add onions and cucumber to either of those sandwiches, then cram some of their plain potato chips in the sandwich- it's soo good. And their light lemonade is always refreshing. I recently tried the Thai Chicken wrap- that was another winner too!So the food is good and it's what keeps bringing us back. The service at this location is really all over the place. I asked for a JJBLT, it came out fully cold with grizzled fat caked to the bacon… when I asked about heating it up, the manager flippantly said it comes that way. He made me pay an extra 25 cents for a cup for water… I’ve never been charged for a cup of water on a really hot day. The customer service wasn’t just lacking it was abysmal! I’ve never been treated this poorly at a Jimmy John’s in my life, so although I usually leave good reviews for good customer service this was uncharacteristically bad for a chain that usually has good customer service!
One car in front of me and nobody inside the store but I was told it would take 25-30min for sandwich at 11:30AM *Sunday*. This is unacceptable!! Was told it was due back up orders?!?! FOUR people working! This location is the worst! The wait time isridiculous. Every I have to wait at least 15 min with an empty drive-thru.
Slowest drive-thru you will ever encounter. If there is one person in front of you you will wait for at least 15 minutes. The food is very good though. I've been here more than five times and I really enjoy their sandwiches but it is just unbelievably slow every single time.

This has to be the slowest and worst customer service I've ever experienced at a Jimmy John's. They really need to let the staff go and bring in new people. It's incredibly frustrating. I won't be returning to this location.
Should be less than one star. No meat on a BLT refunded when I called they did refund. But just said hello wasn?t sure if I even called jimmy johns. Won?t order them again
The slowest jimmy johns ever, been here three times every time is over a 15 minute wait for my one sub I order and make no special changes for, this store is freaky slow !
The service was extremely slow. I waited 45 minutes in the drive-thru for just one wrap. Don't bother wasting your time here!
