Absolutely horrible. What a huge mistake coming here for my lunch break. Ordered a number 16, which is a turkey and bacon, on wheat bread. The whole sandwich was as if someone dipped it in water, super soggy. The bacon was disgusting and wet. I took it off the sandwich. Bread was soggy and as if the clown who made it smashed it down, and they gave me an end of the loaf piece which was a mix between soggy and rock hard. I don't know how you can charge me $13 for that slop and even hand that sandwich to me. Bunch of careless people making the sandwiches. Last time I ever step foot in that place.
Not sure who the manager is, but you Sir are awesome, and your staff! I messed up and placed my order for the wrong address. They called and asked if my order was at the right address. The driver went and got the order from the wrong house and brought it to mine. Once I got the phone call I figured it was a lost cause order was probably gone in my mind. Surprised me though. This place is top notch. I hope this goes up the line to corporate. Your staff and management is great. Keep it going everyone!

Had a great experience today! Walked in to order my usual (number 12 with no cucumbers and cookies) and was immediately recognized by the man at the register as a regular (maybe I'm going too often haha)! The kind lady behind him was incredibly cheerful and made my sandwich freaky fast!!! I'm not sure but I think he called her Kelly. Store might not have been sparklingly clean but the people are great and they've got that freaky fast mentality!!!!Kid-friendliness: Kind people and good music!!

If you order one more God-damned gargantuan with double meat, I'm going to feed you to the rabid homunculus named Shal'Gor'thoth we keep chained up in the back. He hasn't eaten in years. Last time I saw him eat, it was right after our general manager drew a summoning circle out of mayonnaise in the fridge and he came up out of the ground like a hellbeast. Ate her alive. I don't think I'll ever get that image out of my head.Please.
While Jimmy John's is not my first choice for deli sandwiches, their lettuce wraps are unbeatable. I particularly enjoy the Italian Night Club, while my husband prefers the Jimmy Cubana. Neither of us are fans of their bread, but that seems to be a common issue at Jimmy John's.
We got this Jimmy John's for dinner and my husband's sandwich was wrong and they delivered us another new correct sandwich. Excellent customer service and working very hard even when understaffed (I assume since everyone is hiring right now)
The service is always quick, especially when using their mobile app. I really enjoy ordering the #11 as an unwich (without bread) for us following the Keto diet.

We had take out, so can't comment on atmosphere. The subs were excellent. The bread is a little harder than other sandwich places.
The staff paid close attention and accurately fulfilled my unique order! We were both very satisfied! The chicken was delicious!
