After waiting longer than expected, we checked the receipt and noticed the mistake. When we called to report it, they informed us that delivery would be more expensive and that they would need to remake all our sandwiches in order to deliver them. As a result, we had to send someone from the office to pick up the order, and we encountered some of the most unhelpful staff.
When the person picked up the order and mentioned that their website needed to be fixed, the employee casually responded, “I don’t know,” which was extremely unhelpful. It’s frustrating to deal with such poor customer service.
