I've been visiting this restaurant for about a year. However, my last experience was disappointing. The woman at the register, who didn't speak English, gave me the wrong sandwich without bread and insisted it was what I had ordered. She was quite rude and didn't offer any refunds or solutions. They did remake the sandwich, but they forgot to add the toppings.
The cashier was very hard to understand. English did not seem to be her first language. I asked her to repeat her questions repeatedly. My order came out quickly and was what I ordered. The sub was placed on the counter without comment. I bagged it and got the napkins. The staff seemed disinterested in providing any customer service.
Worst sandwich I?ve gotten from them in my opinion. Almost no meat. Almost no toppings. Sad really when a company really gives up. The corporate office just pass is the buck. The franchise does nothing. Stay away, potbellies, right next-door. Iposted a picture of the evidence.
Ordered a veggie sandwich, no cheese no mayo. Got home and unwrapped a lettuce and onion sandwich. No tomatoes or cucumbers. Slow down that freaky fast service and READ THE TICKETS. Husband called and they refunded my food, but I 'm still out my damndinner. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I had a decent sandwich delivered via Uber. However, I was surprised by the size of the potato salad for $4—it felt like it was about a dollar a bite! Honestly, I would skip the sides, but the sandwiches are definitely worth it.
Not the most pleasant crew on Sunday 6/5/22, also why is the staff not wearing mask- atleast the ones making the sandwiches- lady yawning all over the place while making the sandwich. Do better, Thanks!!!!
I can’t seem to find a sandwich I like at this restaurant, but things always seem fresh and service at this location was great. There were problems with the web
