Let me tell you why this is a 5 star review... these staff members work hard when they are obviously under staffed. I went in today 8/17 around 12pm and there were about 10 people in the restaurant all coming in to order their lunches and only 3 staff members behind the counter. You could also see they were trying to complete a large catering order. Although I had to wait a little longer the staff were positive, apologetic (even though they didn't need to be) and getting the job done! I felt bad because you could feel the stress but they were great. I've gone here for years and yes, my orders been incorrect before but I will take the positive staff anytime over what you get at other food pla...
I've been wanting to try this place for a while, and I finally did! It's a very clean sandwich shop located in Diamond Bar. They offer delivery, although I don't have the details on that. You can choose between two sizes for their sub sandwiches: 8 inches or 16 inches. The 8-inch sub was just right for me—other places' 6-inch subs usually don’t fill me up, while 12 inches is too much. The 8-inch is the perfect size. I ordered the gargantuan sub, and it was loaded with generous portions of meat. I definitely plan to come back. If you haven't tried them yet, I highly recommend giving them a go. You'll love the portions and flavors of their delicious subs!
The sandwiches are decent, but nothing exceptional—just okay. Unfortunately, the service is quite poor. It seems the owner doesn’t take much interest. Their phone has been out of order for months, making it difficult to place an order over the phone. They tout their speedy delivery, yet there are often no drivers available to actually deliver the food. As a result, you end up ordering sandwiches and then going to pick them up yourself. However, be prepared to wait, as they often haven't started making your sandwiches by the time you arrive.
I arrived at the restaurant at 9:40 PM, only to be told that it was closed. As I was leaving, I noticed both the guy and girl behind the counter laughing together. I checked the hours and saw that they close at 10 PM! I had driven over 15 minutes, really craving their food, especially since I’m pregnant. I don’t think it’s funny for them to turn away customers and try to close early. I hope someone from corporate sees this.

The woman at the cash register exhibited unprofessional behavior and demonstrated a lack of respect for her colleagues and customers. She was improperly dressed for work and her hair was unkempt. She pointed at both customers and staff, even threatening to fire her employees if they didn’t work more quickly, while also trying to exert authority over them.
I tried Jimmy John's for the first time today and ordered the Vito Italian sub. I also got a side of jalapeno kettle chips, and both were fantastic! The service was friendly and prompt. I called in my takeout order, and the freshly baked French bread was just right. Overall, I was very satisfied with my lunch!
I purchased this month a few sandwiches and they were awesome. Bread was fresh as well. No skimping here on the meat as well. Way better than Jersey Mikes or over prices Subway. I cannot say enough about how great the sandwiches are at Jimmy Johns. Like the quality of a good Deli in New York.
I am a fan of the chain since living in Illinois 15 years ago. This was the worst sandwich ever. Please make the sandwich as intended Preslee. Not even edible.. eat at jimmy john just not this location.

Got the turkey Tom and it was absolutely flavorless. . I'm not sure if this is all Jimmy John's or just this location. Definitely never going back though.
The service here is consistently impressive and fast, and they always make my customized sandwiches exactly how I like them.
