She then turned around and told her coworkers that I was complaining about her hair, even though she hadn't made my sandwich. Another young woman approached, and I tried to explain the situation. She quickly tapped something into the register and handed me a receipt, saying, "I gave you a refund." I hadn’t requested a refund; it seemed like she assumed I wanted one. I clarified that I still wanted my sandwich, just without her touching her hair first. She then said I would have to pay again, to which I replied, "That's fine! Just let me pull around to the front."
Frustrated, I decided to go inside because it was clear they weren't understanding my concerns. I asked to speak with the manager...
I love this location but I think it closed down and I'm bummed. They always got my order right and the food is fresh. We're forced to order from the location at Wolf and 22nd now, which skimps on condiments toppings. The cookies and bread from the Wolf Rd. location are also totally stale.
Freaky fast means my food wasn't made 30 minutes after ordering.Not to mention attitude and excuses. Just be honest with me. Go to the JJ on Cermak, they actually have customer service skills.
Wasted my entire lunch break foor was late for over 30 minutes had to cancel my order. Just to be told it will be up 5 days for my refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Worthless business

Slow Unorganized, One person making sandwiches four people standing around! And this is the second time this has happened! Jimmy Send Help! This location needs it.
Waited over 30 mins for 2 sandwiches and never got them. 4 other customers came in got their food and left. Worst experience I’ve ever had
I usually come here because it’s the closest location and they consistently take over 20 minutes to give me my order. Change your motto.
Me and my wife Candice just left this place..Food tasted fresh and everything was good will definitely be back.

Elegant decor, lovely breakfast with a huge choice on offer. I'm sure it would be great for lunch and supper.
