I placed an online order, and the confirmation stated it was dispatched at 3:24 PM. The restaurant is only 8 minutes away. While I understand they might be handling a lot of deliveries, after waiting for over an hour, I decided to cancel my order. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering from this location again. It's frustrating because the staff want to earn a living, but they aren’t taking care of the customers who are supporting them.
The store manager named Noel had taken my order, payment, and then after waiting a half an hour he calls me and tells me that my address was out of there delivery zone. They are literally 12 minutes away and should had stated that even before taking my order. Irresponsible children running that store. The general manager, Jason, should be reviewed for management.
So I needed a good lunch for my mother and I, the staff went above and beyond to make sure the sandwich was perfect for my mother due to health complications. They took love when making this sandwich for her and her week was made!Vegetarian options: So many all veggie options, as well as hearty meals that leave you feeling complete with out the meat.
I don't know why I keep giving them chances. I'm done from here. 3rd time where it takes over an hour for my food to come. I live 5 mins away. I'd go myself but have two kids, ones an infant and I work from home. Picture is an example. Orders at 12:58pm and it's now 1:10pm as I type this and no food yet. Can't wait for my soggy sandwich... Disgusting food. I order from Countryside all the time and it’s great. This food was soggy, my vegetarian sandwich had meat on it and my order (delivery) stunk like weed. Can the delivery drivers maybe NOT light up when they have an order in their car? It was so strong, you could taste weed in the soda. I tossed it. Filed a complaint.
Took almost an hour I ordered at 11:22 it's now 12:10 still waiting absolutely would never order from here again!
This restaurant is consistently a fantastic spot for the best sandwiches you can find!
