I just traveled to Chicago from Dallas. I saw Jimmy John's after I rented a car and decided to stop in to get a meal. I walked in and I spoke to a young lady that looked Indian that worked here and she never spoke back. I gave the young lady my order, which I repeated two or three times, and she still didn't get my order correct. She stated she didn't hear me but another young lady that worked there explained to her that she had heard me state my order as well. The young Indian lady seemed as she really didn't care about the customers or the people that she worked with. This young lady should not be working here and should be fired. Food is fine. It’s the delivery service. I don’t know how this company promotes “freaky fast delivery” when it always takes over an hour for my order to get here when I only live 10 mins away from the nearest store. They also never deliver the drink I order as well and it’s never worth waiting another hour for them to bring back so just get the refund I guess. Calling the store is also a 50/50 in terms of customer service. Sometimes it’s a rude teenager and other times it’s someone who knows what they’re doing. But that’s a small issue, just be warned of the abysmal delivery service!
Bad customer service, employee doesn’t know the names of the streets around the restaurant, had to spell it for her like 4 times and she wouldn’t get it, after she told me she was ready for the cc number and I read the whole thing for her, turns out she put me on hold without saying anything, I don’t think I will ever order thru the phone or even walk in, hire better employees and teach them proper customer service like the basics of customer service at least, thank you
The Jimmy John’s app charged my card, but glitched and neglected to send my order to the actual store to make for delivery. I work fully remote, pregnant, and with son in home, and instead dismissing my issue when I called the store, and although they couldn’t yet see the order, the manager still made sure to personally deliver my order where I gladly showed him proof of purchase, although he didn’t even ask for it! Always good. Fast delivery and polite, quick employees. The Italian Nightclub with hot peppers is my favorite. I always order the salt and vinegar chips, quartered pickle and Kickin' Ranch.
If you allow to modify your sandwiches. How about you read the modifications and complete them! Every single time! NEVER AGAIN, this location is marked to NEVER USE IT AGAIN!!!
Online glitch idk... Not like I ordered it. They would not replace it and wanted me to pay another $35 for another one. Terrible customer support.

We had the #12 Beach Club and as always it was very tasty. The service is top notch and very welcoming.
