I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered a Club Lulu, but it arrived with just cheese and lettuce. When I spoke to the staff member named Tre, he was very unhelpful and lacked basic customer service skills. The place is a real disappointment. He refused to send me another sandwich and said he needed to get back to his duties. The store is located in a strip mall and has never been busy; I've never seen more than one person there, even during lunch hours. I will never return, and I think the management needs to be replaced, as they clearly don't know how to treat customers properly. Overall, it was a really frustrating experience with a subpar employee.
The staff were extremely courteous and professional, but this was by far the slowest Jimmy John’s I’ve ever visited. I usually choose JJs for its quick service while I’m on the job. However, I ended up waiting for about 15-20 minutes with only one person ahead of me.
Food was great. Quick service. Sandwich makers were friendly. Cashier was distracted by his phone the entire time he was taking my order. Never even acknowledged the end of the transaction and went back to watching videos out loud on his phone.
