The workers are really nice and the place looked clean. They don't make hot sandwiches though, which I thought was strange being in MN and it's freezing outside. I didn't get anything, but my youth daughter ordered a BLT, and it was made with cold bacon, barely cooked. When we got home I microwaved the bacon to cook heat it up, then remade her sandwich, and she enjoyed it. I'm sure their cold sandwiches are fine, but I am just surprised that they don't offer anything hot. At least subway microwaves their bacon before making the BLT, and they offer to make your sandwich cold or hot with their toaster oven. I love a good hot roast beef sandwich, or their hot meatball sub. I hate giving bad rev...
