This location used to be my favorite go to place to enjoy good conversations and of course a delicious sandwich. They used to be so lively and fun to talk to. The guy who used to be GM was my favorite the tall guy with the glasses... now there's this new lady who's the GM and in my opinion this location seems to have died down in good vibes because now they always seem so serious n less talkative. Don't get me wrong your there to work yeah but at least have some fun you know? Iv walked in a few times to the GM yelling at her employees... I wish this location was back to how it was before with the friendliness and more welcoming.
I absolutely love this location! The staff here is amazing, except for the new general manager. This team stands out from any other; they are all friendly and have fantastic attitudes that really enhance the service. They can truly brighten my day! They definitely deserve a raise—well, except for one person, haha. Chris, Tyler, Yon, Miracle, and the young man with the ponytail are all exceptional. I would go out of my way to come to this specific location. Please don't let one negative employee spoil the wonderful atmosphere here!
Kid-friendliness: This is a great place for kids, thanks to the friendly and welcoming staff.
I'm a big fan of a good sub from Jimmy Johns especially good vibes but ever since this new GM took over, she seems to be the worse GM iv ever came across. She's not friendly at all and I can tell she fakes being happy toward the customers.... She yells at her employees causes a scene in front of employees/customers... that is not professional. She seems to cycle through employees like crazy. Every time I go in there's someone new, now if that's not a red flag then I don't know what is..... save yourself the trouble and don't apply to this place until someone more adult takes over.
I want to give a big shout-out to Alex, our delivery guy! He brings our office food most of the time, and he is absolutely fantastic! He always greets us with a big smile and is incredibly friendly, kind, and seems to be in a great mood every time he delivers our orders. In a world where excellent customer service can be rare, it's truly refreshing to have someone like him who brings positivity and genuinely cares for others. Additionally, this Jimmy John's location consistently offers speedy service and sandwiches that are delicious every single time.

The food is pretty good, and the person taking orders was friendly and engaging. However, the manager who was operating the slicer seemed a bit concerning. She came to the front wearing gloves after slicing food, touched her face, and then went back to the kitchen. Plus, she didn’t seem very attentive to her surroundings, as she was mostly focused on her phone while slicing. Overall, it’s still a nice place; I would just recommend being mindful of who the manager is during your visit.
How are you not going to have any sub bread first thing when you open. If I wanted a regular sandwich I would have made one at home. The worst part is I can make a better sandwich at home. Get your stuff together Jimmy Johns. Should have went to Jersey Mike's.
I just started going to jimmy John’s this year and I’ve been there too many times already ? my go to is the turkey Tom w onions grab some chips and add them to the sandwich?? and don’t forget to grab a kickin ranch.
Good service and good food. They were fast and friendly. The quantity and quality is way better than Subway!
