The Absolute worst Jimmy Johns to order from. This was the 3rd time they messed up my order, so I finally called down and spoke with their GM, the argument got heated. I had placed an order over their app, paid extra for extras on the sub, they sent the sub without extras but it cost me almost double. The GM refused to do anything, he said I would need to bring the sub back, even though I had placed a delivery order over lunch and was now an hour away, wouldn't even refund me the extra money that I paid. We argued and he started swearing at me. 100% unprofessional and this GM should be fired. I am disgusted that Jimmy John's would hire such low class management. They just lost a good custome...

There was BARELY ANY MEAT. 98% Bread and Lettuce. People were taking meat from one sandwich and placing it on another sandwich and still it was NOT enough to make a respectable meal.My crew showed me without complaining and said we are getting ripped off from this place. We did GET RIPPED OFF and that is the last time we bring our business to Jimmy Johns. My crew works hard and deserves a good honest meal.We had to order pizzas to feed everyone after this embarrassing display of cheapness on their part.

How can you make a turkey sandwich and forget to add the turkey??? I stopped in on my way home and ordered a beach club. When I got home and opened the sandwich, it was just cheese and toppings. I came to check Yelp and several others have had the same experience. Missing meat. One person literally had ONLY BREAD. I was the only customer and there were at least 3 people working. This must be a joke. I usually go to another location that is always perfect. I would never go to this store and I recommend that you don't either. I don't trust a place that thinks it's funny to mess with people's food and this has to be a joke.

they have the worst attitude here. used to be in the service industry for many years and would never have been so rude to anyone. really hated the way they spoke and treated my boyfriend even though they didn't treat me with respect either. the #7 is amazing but i will never go back would rather someone not ruin a nice vibe on a chill date night with my SO
The servers were very nice and helpful. It was my first time at jimmy johns, and the lady behind the counter was very informative and recommended the turkey sandwich. Service was fast and friendly and upbeat. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh. I will defiantly be swinging by more often.
WOW, incredible service. I ordered my sandwich online while sitting in the hair salon chair. The delivery was perfect! He walked into the salon and hand delivered my turkey sandwich TO MY CHAIR.Talk about making your customers feel like royalty!Thank you Jimmy John's!
I used to come in for the giant roast beef sub.. Now they took half of the meat away... Yes the subs have a little less than 1/2 of the meat they are supposed to have. Stealing from customers is not cool.. This franchise needs to be pulled.

VERY RUDE !!! WILL NOT BE BACK AT THIS LOCATION!!!WE SPEND A LOT FOR OUR TEACHERS AND TO BE TREATED LIKE OUR ORDER WAS NOT IMPORTANT WAS UNCALLED FOR!!THE ONE BEHIND REGISTER WAS RUDE AS WELL AS THE ONE FIRST IN LINE CREATING SANDWICHES !!
