My order was missing the extra ingredients I had paid for. Since I work alone in my hospital department, I only have about five minutes to eat, so I had to settle for my meal without those extras. Later, after my shift, I called to explain the issue and request a refund for the extra ingredients. One manager, Madison, told me to mention her name next time, and I could get my sandwich for free. Completely terrible. I typically like Jimmy John’s, but this location has completely messed up my last three sandwich orders. These aren’t just small mistakes; I mean things like forgetting to add lettuce. One time, they even dropped a sandwich in the trash, picked it up, and handed it to me! This has to be the worst service I’ve ever encountered at a fast-food restaurant. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place, and make sure your order doesn’t go through here, because it will definitely be wrong!

the mandate for wearing masks are unconstitutional and if the time is correct, American citizens will sue to refuse access to them because we have freedom not to wear a mask and not to be vaccinated. what they do is unamerican .
