ALWAYS CLOSED! Open for business on random days with random hours. Constantly has large open signs in the window but when you finally find parking and get to the door the door is locked and they are not open, contrary to their signage. This has happenedso many times to me that I am desperate enough to leave a Karen review :
This place is amazing! They supplied unbranded wrapping for over 50 sandwiches for a TV show. Tania, the catering manager, was wonderful to work with and fulfilled our requirements perfectly. I would give it a perfect score of 100% and 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend it, and the food is always fantastic!
The atmosphere at Jimmy John's is very sterile and impressively clean, but the staff is wonderfully friendly. The customer service is outstanding! I had the pleasure of interacting with courteous individuals who served me promptly and efficiently, making my experience with the menu even better.

One word: LAZY. This location is always always closed. Employees forget things on the orders. Get new staff, this is Beverly Hills. Might as well replace this with a different chain if it?s never open anyways.

This is the top Jimmy John's in the area—always quick and always fresh. My only complaint is that parking could be improved.

"The food here is always good. Service was excellent too. You will have to plan in advanced of you like to eat here because the wait to get a table can take an hour or two but the wait for the bar is normally shorter like less than 30 minutes depending on your luck."
