Waited in the drive thru 30 minutes. About 10 mins in the asked what our order was. We had already paid. As well, we watched a manager screaming at an employee instead of helping bring the wait time down. Was asked AGAIN what our order was being shown the incorrect receipt. I worked here I know it gets hard but I also know how the tickets work. They come out IN ORDER.
Delicious! This is definitely the best sandwich I've ever had. Jimmy John's chips are amazing too. The bathroom is spotless, and the atmosphere is fantastic—I really enjoy the music. My granddaughter and I absolutely love dining at Jimmy John's!
Food tastes great. Can't seem to ever get an online order right to save their lives though. They seem to have an issue with extras. You will get a sandwich,but if you order extras they forget them at least 50% of the time.

I've never been disappointed here; I absolutely love the spicy Italian sub. The only downside is that the drive-thru design could use some improvement.
Jimmy John's is consistently delicious and incredibly fast! I order the turkey tom with cheese, and the tomatoes really make that sandwich!
