First, the initial call took almost 10 minutes while the worker couldn't figure out how to enter a gift card or credit card and told me both were denied. Then told me I couldn't use a $30 gift card because I was ordering $75 worth of food and it didn't cover the full balance. Finally got them to place the order and let me pay when I arrive. They said it would be ready in 20 minutes, i got there in 25 but it took an hour! Payment was still an issue when I arrived but they found out it was their machine and not my card. We ordered a handful of items and it was all ready to be picked up in about 20 min. The pizza was crispy with a tasty sauce and at a great price. I also really enjoyed the steak and cheese sub the bread was great and it was loaded with tender steak and plenty of cheese. We will be back.
