Jim's is my absolute favorite restaurant but today I ordered two Cheeseburgers with xtra cheese, xtra sauce and xtra ketchup and instead of ketchup I have xtra relish what I hate. My mother (Linda) drove her from Millville all the way to Buena, so basically I did not eat my burgers. Would always give you 5 stars, but today only one.
Edit for 9/8/23: they were closed?? Stopped here for late lunch today, our first time. Very friendly folks. Very clean. My choice off the menu was out of stock today, so switched to a steak sandwich, with their special gravy and cooked onions. Ice tea. Both of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Very filling. Comfortable atmosphere.
I absolutely adore this restaurant! It's my first visit, and I've lived in New Jersey my entire life. I highly recommend checking it out! The food is fantastic, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I particularly recommend the Ham and Cabbage dish.
It's not a fancy restaurant, but the atmosphere is very welcoming. The food was outstanding. I had a steak sandwich that was absolutely delicious, featuring a generous portion of high-quality steak and a fantastic roll. It's definitely a must-visit for anyone in the area! Gr8 Hometown place for good Old-fashioned Home Cooked Comfort food! Absolutely fantastic Wholesome food, prepared by folks with a great deal of experience! This place is Nostalgic, to say the least... A Gem in Millville.
White Clam-Chowder was excellent. I also had a bacon, salad tomato sandwich, that was huge. can't wait to go back.
