Always satisfied during delivery, but today 16 December we are very disappointed! Everything is cold out of the fridge and so the fritures type nem, samoussa are soft and rubbery! What a shame. On the other hand, the packaging is nikel and a fast delivery with a very pleasant staff. But the products must be hot svp
