For all the good things I've heard about this place, I was expecting more. It was really good but not amazing. We started with the crab Rangoons. My boyfriend said that they were the best he's ever had. They were spicy and delicious. Next we got the steakon the rock. Very good but not much flavor. We didn't like the BBQ sauce given with the steak. It was very tender and a coolexperience. Then we got 2 sushi rolls. I forget what they are called but one was mostly tuna with ginger and cream cheese. Theother was shrimp tempura with cream cheese. My boyfriend hates fish eggs and they didn't use the word roe in the description. It was another word so he didn't know and he refused to eat his sushi...
I went to the place back in 2018 annd loved it, but recently, my boyfriend and I went for my birthday and the experience was actually awful. The guy who served us was rude and treated me as if I was dumb when I asked him about an entree I thought was still on their menu from the past. The food didn’t taste fresh at all. And the atmosphere wasn’t very inviting I felt as if I had walked into the wrong building or something to that affect.
Jinsei Sushi very good place! Grilled edamame is so tasty, like smoky and salty, perfect! Sushi fresh and delicious, many different kinds. Staff friendly, service fast. Atmosphere nice and clean. I come back again for sure!
Arguably the best sushi in North America. Vegetarian options: Fantastic veggie rolls from a truly inspired chef. Seaweed salad and fried tofu are good too. Miso soup is above average.

We weren’t certain what to expect for breakfast. The onions inside the waffle were a treat to the tastebuds. The pancakes are thick (Asian style, of course) and were good.
The miso and sushi were excellent in terms of taste. But the atmosphere and seating arrangements were subpar. Cramped and noisy. Football on the TV. Overpriced also.
Jinsei is always good. The sushi is top notch, the atmosphere is hip and I’ve been told by a friend from New York that it is as good as any place in the Big Apple.
Great sushi! ? Awesome atmosphere! ? Great service service ? Will definitely return and would be a regular customer if local.

Brent is a wonderful server. The food drinks are delicious while the atmosphere feels fancy, it's very relaxing.
I have been on and off for years. Last nights meal was by far the best. Going back soon!!
