I had the best experience at Jinya recently and had to get in here to share. Cheyenne was our server and she was so peppy and energetic despite it being after 8pm at night! She was super quick about cleaning off our table of any trash and got our orders quickly. It's sad to say but lately, our experience dining out in general at restaurants has not been great with service, so we were very impressed with our service at Jinya! The food is always delicious and was the perfect comfort food on a cold rainy day. I got tonkatsu black with a side of corn and it was packed with so much flavor. Great way to start the hot summer vacay with some...hot Ramen? Who cares if it's hot, when the ramen is this good! The best broth ever! Large, hearty portions, and plenty of leftovers to take home! Great food, and the service is fantastic! Bubbly, friendly, excited to greet you and check in with you! And the service? Awesome. Megan was attentive, friendly and seemed genuinely excited about making our experience a great one! The ambiance is a cool hangout-sort, with music, fire pits, a bar and filled up fast right after we arrived (at 6 pm). Love. This. Place.
My FAVORITE place for Ramen and my service dog LOVES the crispy chicken Vegetarian options: Vegan and vegetarian options are available. Kid-friendliness: Every time I go, there are kids and babies, so they are kid friendly. I can't tell you if they have a kids' menu because I don't know, my kids are grown. Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair parking and a ramp, but you'll likely need to have someone open the door for you or lock your chair so you can open the door because it is VERY heavy and hard to open.
Jinya is one of those places where you take your friend that's only had instant ramen, then everything changes for life. There's something for everyone on their menu, ranging from pretty basic Americanized items to the more traditional ramens. (and not just ramen! Picky eaters rejoice, they also have fried chicken! The food was good. The service was friendly and yes, I would come back.. everyone else in my group gave it five stars so therefore I give it five stars as well. We came as a family and really did enjoy ourselves. We will all come back in the near future. Look forward to it great place..
My wife and I sat at the bar and enjoyed every moment of our dinner. Our server, Megan, was amazing and made sure we didn't lack for anything! P.S. order the brussel sprouts they are
I absolutely love this place and I usually get the Ramen with the chicken wonton soup... It's so addictive and too good. I usually have to fast this place!
