absolutely the best meal I've ever had and I've eaten everything they can imagine in all france, spanish, england, italy, Swiss, holland, Argentineia, Chile, Africa, mexiko, kanada, and the US service was excellent, ambiente was wonderfully charming, desserts were stupendous. the duck-foie gras was the most beautiful combination of taste and texture I've ever had, and the truffle ravioli was for dying. the ratatouille was incredibly savory and tasty, I have slept every last drop with the delicious brot. the plates were completely naked when we were finished. we spent $180 or so for a three cure meal for three people, and we drank only water, but it was every penny and more worth. It's fresh, simple and good. On the other hand, it's very expensive for what you eat because it's too simple for the price. There is practically no research on food. That's a shame. I put 4* because the place is nice and the service impeccable.
