It was Friday and I wanted fish for lunch. I decided to try this place because a couple of people I know raved about it and the reviews were decent. I wasted $20, so it is a one and done for me. I ordered online with the expectation that by the time I arrived, my food would be ready, hot and fresh. It wasn’t. It was ready, but very cold- like not only had it been sitting since I placed the order 30 minutes prior, but likely had been sitting since they opened that morning. EXTREMELY INCONSISTENT!! You never know if you gonna get hot and fresh or dirty grease and dry Fish and chicken, Old fries mixed in with the new fries fresh bread or stale bread, fresh coleslaw or a container of sour buttermilk and shredded lettuce. I will not go back tho hoping and a wishing while I'm spending my hard earned money. The brand is good. I'm from Chicago but if the particular establishment don't care then there lies the issue. I'll try the old national location or Stockbridge but it's over Forest Park location, Thanks for not much of anything
The food was served hot, fresh, and quickly! I was surprised to find out there was a JJ's nearby. I ordered a four-piece wing combo, fried hard with extra lemon pepper, but I was disappointed to learn that a drink wasn't included. At other locations I've visited, a drink typically comes with that combo, so that was a letdown. The parking lot could use some improvement since there’s a huge pothole right in the middle, so be cautious. While the restaurant's interior and exterior seem a bit outdated, the food was enjoyable, and I would definitely return.
My first time going to this location. I liked that they greet you as soon as you walk in. I ordered a 4 piece wing no fries add okra. It was only $1 to upgrade. $6.99 was reasonable for whole dinner. Okra Chicken were good but could of used a little more season in batter. My order only took 1 min to come out. Chicken must have been pre-made but it was hot and good, so I couldn't complain. I will go back for some fish. I don't know what that white dusty season is but it's good. I started smashing before I took pics ..

The food is consistently excellent, and I have no complaints about that. I ordered two combos but didn't notice if they were supposed to include drinks. If they did, the staff member didn’t provide us with cups. It’s not a major issue in the grand scheme of things, but if drinks are included with the combos, it would be nice to receive the cups before the staff goes back to scrolling through social media. Overall, I rate the food a solid 5 out of 5.
I don't know where these four and five star reviews comes from. I am and out of town truck driver on a layover not far down the street, and decided to go there since it was the nearest within walking distance. Do yourself a favor and go one mile down the street for other options. Your money is not well spent here, and if you are from out of town like myself, you will be disappointed. Very little bang for your buck.
Absolutely disgusting.Went there and guy in back cooking food was sneezing and wiping his mouth with his hand with no gloves on.Then resumed with cooking and flipping fish.I told the lady at the counter and she just shrugged her shoulders.I told her to give me my money back I didn't want to eat anything from there.The cook just laughed.1st time going here and last.Location Forest Park, GeorgiaOld Dixie Hwy
I traveled from Charlotte to order a batch of wings. LOL, not really. I was already in town to hang out but ordered 20 wings to go before driving back to the Carolinas. The chicken is not over battered and has a great flavor. It's takeout only, suggest to order ahead they get very busy. The fish is good also. We always order the large try for family functions.

The food was excessively salty, and they included some cheeses that I didn't ask for. The young women who served me appeared indifferent and unenthused. In the end, I felt generous in giving this place a 1-star rating. Food: 1/5.
There food used to be good here but now it seems they are going down . Fish tasted like the grease hadn't been charged in awhile and the shrimp were small and greasy.Food: 2/5
