We made a reservation for 7:30 pm and ordered drinks before placing our meal orders. We were extremely disappointed by how long it took for our meals to be served - a 45-minute wait. As we waited, we saw other customers arriving and quickly receiving their meals. We should have left instead of just sitting there. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone unless you enjoy waiting for a long time. In response to their feedback on how they can improve, my suggestion would be to either shut down or hire a new chef.
Even though the restaurant had a slightly old appearance, the decor was still fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. I was a bit disappointed that they were out of the pate I wanted for my starter, but other than that, it was a great meal. My friends all ordered steak, while I had gammon, and everything was cooked perfectly to our preferences. It was a wonderful end to a very rainy day in Blackpool, so a big thank you to the staff.

I don't recommend anyone unless they like a long waiting period. it says about this feedback what we should do to improve and my answer is close to getting a new cook.

I was disappointed that they were out of the pate I wanted when I started, but except that it was a good meal. my friends all had an insert I had with gammon seemed cooked as desired. it was a good end, which was a very wet day in blackpool, so thank you the staff

My family and I book this restaurant every time we visit Blackpool. We book for the three nights because we know we will have a really nice meal that is exceptional value for money. The portion sizes are huge and there is a great selection of meals to suit all tastes. I certainly would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Blackpool
The ribs... to die for! Myself and my boyfriend loved everything we ordered, steak, chips, ribs and gammon(! all cooked to perfection. Couldn't of asked for a better place to eat. 100% ORDER RIBS. ORDER STEAK. We loved it. Will be coming here again for sure.
My sister was flying out from Blackpool today, so as I live in Manchester and she in Scotland we decided to meet up for lunch.
Food was excellent and great value for money. Portions were plentiful. Even the children's portions were excellent.
