The food was decent, but there were some issues. The specials are only available for takeout, which wasn't clearly indicated. I witnessed a server take soup away from the wrong table after the patrons had already begun eating it. They also insisted on packing up leftover food themselves instead of allowing us to do it. Overall, the experience felt quite odd. While I can't say the food was bad, the service and atmosphere left much to be desired. It seemed like they didn't want me—or really anyone—there. I'd consider giving it a 4, possibly even a 5-star rating if my experience had been better.
This is one of my favorite pizzas in town, but i believe there are 2 people that seem to be running the kitchen and the older of the 2 needs to revamp his pizza skills..... Lately no sauce, I mean you can see sauce stains on like the crust and stuff but there's no visible sauce anywhere on the pizza, if you order extra cheese he never gives it to you so you're paying for extra topping for no reason! But the big thing is the sauce I mean the way you have to cook those pizzas it is like a dry crac … – show
The food was okay on that Friday night. I felt rushed eventhough it was 8:30 or 8:40 p.m. when we arrived. We were out before 9:30, so enough time for them to finish cleaning up and closing for the night. We left a pretty decent tip for two people and our meal was reasonably priced.
If you go for lunch, the lunch portions are very generous! Had the penne alla vodka and it was delicious. My picky granddaughter said the pizza was really good. Reasonable prices for the amount of food. A must try!

Love lunch at Joe Boccardi's. The waiter was truly impressive handling the whole restaurant including a party of 14 or so! Had the pizza and salad! Always a good deal at lunch!
Great food and great service. Just wish they had normal chairs and tables. Being short and elderly, climbing on to bar size chairs is difficult.
Came in for lunch. Had the spinach salad which was so delicious. The server was very friendly and the atmosphere was classy yet casual.
Great italian food. Only reason for not giving the 5th star is the bread. Wish is was more authentic than sliced bread.

Sadly yet another place that Drowned the salad in dressing. Way To much pasta for what I had ordered ugh
Food is good, but pricey. I think there are better values. Staff is very nice!
