1. I called to make a reservation for 15 people on the 15th of March. Asked if they had wheelchair accessible area, and they said yes . 2. Upon arrival, we were seated in a small area in 2 separate booths where my wheelchair friend had to abandon her wheelchair because they didn't have any area where we could all sit together at a regular table. THIS WAS VERY DIFFICULT FOR HER !! Also, there was NO RESERVATION UNDER MY NAME. Whoever answered the phone that day when I called just left us hanging!!! 3. Edited to add details: Thanks for responding! We ordered the chicken fingers/fries from the kids menu, and the nachos. It took me a bit to figure out why something like nachos was able to turn out badly, but I brought most of our food home and realized that the nachos tasted quite burnt; they didn't look burnt though, so maybe they were in the oven with something that had been burnt..? Unfortunately, both dishes were lacking in seasoning as well.
We had a group birthday party last night it was a blast amazing place food and very lovely employees, I do not know the name of the manager in charge that night (March 2nd) but he was really decent gentleman Maddy took care of us and the night was a memorable blast for all of us because of her.. thank you very much Maddy there are no words to describe how amazing you are.. Fun place and great for kids, The food is pretty solid, and the service is good, The last time we were here was at put daughter's hockey party, pizza and food were good and the girls had a fun time, great room for party's and lots to do, thanks JOe DOgs and staff. I liked this bar for the first hour, then a much younger crowd than I am came in, the music was turned excessively loud and it was sadly no longer enjoyable. Too loud for my tastes.
