I visited the restaurant around 1 pm on a Thursday to grab a slice of pizza. Despite having a good variety, the slices looked like they had been sitting out since 10:30 am. I noticed they had just put out a fresh pepperoni and cheese slice, but the pepperoni was burnt. I decided to order a slice with sausage, meatball, and ricotta, even though it appeared old. When the cook was about to put it in the oven, I asked how much it would cost and was surprised to hear it would be over $7 for just one slice. I politely declined and the cook agreed that the price was too high. Although I didn't taste the pizza, based on appearance alone, the price seemed unreasonable for a regular large slice.
Expensive place to begin with but being from out of town we placed an order for pickup 2 large pizzas, 2 liter of soda and wings … We went in to pick up our order , gave them the name it was placed under , when getting back to our room we discovered that none of the boxes had our wings order in them . When I called to see if they could deliver them to us or at least refund the money portion of the wings , they flat out refused .. that was the manager who refused to make it right with us.. will never order from that place ever again,
I'm glad we came to this place yesterday. Funny thing is we're going to five guys next door and we're gonna get out of the car and my son's looking for Papa Pizza. So we decided what we always love to try new pizza places. Love the fact that you guys have a wide selection of discs and also a disc deal of 3-5 everyday. The pizza was also amazing. The staff were also very professional and friendly!!!! We do not reach Henrietta/Rochester as much as 90 minutes away. But now, if we have Dr appointments, we know where we go!!!!
Went to Joe's Brooklyn for lunch today and was amazed at what this owner was able to get away with. First off, there is no menu on the wall or prices. I asked the cashier how much a regular slice was and he told me I don't know! You'll find out on your receipt Well, I paid $3.98 per slice of regular pizza, which is almost a dollar higher than his competitors. For what? I lived in Howard Beach Queens and Long Island for all of my life, and I've paid the most for pizza in Henrietta at Joe's. Not a good look!

The workers are very friendly and amazing. You are always super nice and some of the best! The pizza is great and always fresh and tasty, some of the best thin crust. The only problem is that it never feels like AC is on the go, I always want to eat in the restaurant, but it's always so hot in there. It would be nice to cool the store so I could sit and eat.
Great pizza! And wonderful customer service. Unfortunately, the restaurant itself was really hot. Must have been over 100 degrees... I thought I could place heat stroke from entering, an order cannot imagine how it would be to work there for a shift. It would be 5 stars if the company gave its employees a certain relief.
Easily the best place in Rochester to get NY style thin crust pizza. I eat there all the time. Great pizza. I usually get cheese pizza. Slices are huge and crispy but not wafer thin, just right.
I can't believe that I ordered three pizzas and three sodas and it cost $26.85. When I looked at the menu, it said a pizza with pepperoni was $3.70.

They very kindly gave me some slices one night. Many people also give me some slices from here. Their pizza is amazing.
In the city of Florida, Drove 40 minutes just get a few slices of pulled pork pizza. As good as I remember.
