Came here for a spur of the moment night out. Our server Danny (Daniel) was absolutely amazing. He was up beat and happy. He constantly checked on us and made sure we had what we needed. Made our night to be served with such awesome customer service. The employees danced and he was the first one on the floor and was soooo in to the dance. It was extremely entertaining!! We had tons of questions about the menus and drinks. He patiently and quickly answered all our questions with a great personality and attitude. The food was amazing, as always, but this trip stood out due to Danny and his outstanding customer service!
5 out of 5 stars for sure!! This was my first time here. ???????????????????? We got seated immediately and a kind waitress instantly took care of us. I can absolutely recommend anyone to be seated on their beautiful porch in the back with a nice viewacross the river. It obviously gets hot in the afternoon which besides the waiting time in general would be another good reasonto visit early. The food was brought out to us on time. And each and every bite of it was super delicious and worth every dollarfor sure! I will be back. Thank you so much!
Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. I was informed there would be a 35 to 45-minute wait for a table or I could sit at the full-service bar, so I opted for the bar. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting over an hour for my food, but it never arrived! The bartender seemed more interested in clocking out than taking care of customers and never placed my order. I'm extremely disappointed and will not return to the bar for service again.
Terrific time here yesterday, family time lunch get together. Had the shrimp platter (I put the bacon on the side) but it was very good. Had one of the crab buckets- and we all shared, the sausage, potatoes were yummy but the lobster didn’t taste as fresh and very rubbery with no taste. Virgin pina colada was wonderful!! Love the gift shop area- cute items!!! See you next time Joe’s !!!

Crazy, insane busy. A lot of employees doing alot of nothing. Server went on break without telling us. Busboy brought food but no utensils or anything to break open the crab leg's. Had to get up and search out people for refills, steak sauce,boxes and even our check. Had no idea who if anyone was talking care of our table. Never again. It was our first and last time visiting this place.
All around good time, and love the table sitting by the water. If your lucky you get a chance to see a front side firework display of the the game that has ender at the ball park that is across the way.Our service has been pleasant, and welcoming.The wait time wasn't all that bad, as we had to wait 30 min, but it seemed shorter
What is worse than the food is the service. The hamburger bun was hard, food tasted disgusting, service was so slow, went to the bar to get our own drinks. It was also very warm inside, on this hot day, we were looking forward to cold ice water and nice airconditioning. Do not go here. The only nice thing is the view.
Enjoyed windows view. Slightly pricey for portion size. Everything was tasty
