This is an updated review after the recent renovations. While Joe may not be around this place is still so good. Light meals on offer, good coffee and now delicious soft serve with delicious topping for those hot summer nights. Weekends can be busy but don’t let that put you off trying to get a seat as you won’t be let down We're so lucky to live beachside because we get to enjoy the deliciousness on offer at Joe's kiosk on a regular basis as we do our weekend early morning beach walk. We're so lucky to live beachside because we get to enjoy the deliciousness on offer at Joe's kiosk on a regular basis as we do our weekend early morning beach walk. Joe can be found each day attentively serving customers, many who he knows by first name. The service is quick and the food is good honest fare. We can never go past the bacon and egg sandwich either served on Turkish bread or as a white toasted sandwich. The hot chocolate is to die for. Everyone is relaxed and happy, the place is pet friendly and the view looks out to the Henley jetty and surf. You can only pay cash for your order so make sure you have some money on hand when you next pop in.
the hotel is located on the esplanade overlooking henley beach, this is a wonderful location to take some time and a cozy breakfast, coffee or tasty and look at the crashing waves on the beach have the service is very friendly and efficient. order them to the counter, pay them, and they will bring their order to their table. selection on interior and exterior seats. when the day is beautiful and not wet or windy, al fresco is the one to go away! I had a gluten free orange cake mocha. the cake was pretty and went well with my coffee that was made beautiful. it was a nice start in my morning.
on the new year with the woman entered. about 27 degrees and henley boom. saw the governor and eddie betts, .where is a port player . really busy time and estimated updates of employees on progress and review we were ok with different brot. and the taste when he came was stellar! joe’s had a rache that looks really good, magnificent views and I like the fact that it is away from henley square something quieter. really friendly staff. good coffee. the BLAT sandwich is huge.
beautiful staff. really good bladder. great view and a great location away from hectic and trubel. nice to have a beer and look over the ozean. we are looking forward to trying the remaining menu.

This kiosk has an awesome location pretty much hanging over a wall onto the sand, and its one of the best beaches in Adelaide.
