I was with my sister and brother and our nephew. I had never been to one of your locations before and just a while before we went for lunch I had been at London drugs and told my sister that customer service isn't what it used to be.However, when we arrived we were greeted and offered a glass of champagne and then taken to our seats.We were seated by the bar, however we requested to be by the fireplace and we were graciously allowed to move as soon as they got the table ready. Brett our service was so amazing!! He was very friendly, efficient and very welcoming. Overall the best service I had in a long time. Very genuine too. He really made my dining experience with my best friend a warm and inviting one. I vote he gets a promotion or a raise. It was a very busy night and yet it was service with a great big smile all the way!!! We really appreciate it.Parking: It took awhile to find parking but perhaps it was because it’s Friday night at dinner time
They serve diverse dishes, from asian cuisine to Italian cuisine, Canadian dessert and etc. As a result, it was a great place to satisfy different types of people. I went there as a group of four and we were all satisfied.The restaurant was spacious, yet, the staffs were very attentive and nice.We especially enjoyed Chicken lettuce wrap and apple pie with MAPLE ice cream. I would highly recommend the two.Overall, it was a nice experience at Joey.Bon appetite!
The atmosphere here is a bit too noisy for a normal conversation. You find yourself yelling at one another just to be able to hear properly.The food here however, was delicious, accompanied with our amazing server Brett who made up for the noise level. It was an extremely busy evening, and he wore a smile the entire evening and took very good care of us this evening. I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! Our server Ario was incredibly attentive, friendly, and kind. He even brought out a little cocktail for the table to celebrate my birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch. The food was absolutely delicious I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal. 10/10, would dine here again! ????
Love this location. The staff is amazing. They all work as a team. Food is excellent and consistent. Had dinner there last night and Bianca made it a very pleasant dinning experience. Kept checking on us frequently making sure all is satisfactory. My favorite is the butter chicken and the apple pie.Parking: Easy parking less than a minute to front entrance
Brett was so amazing! He is personable friendly and professional. Gave great recommendations for dinner and dessert too! We chose the donuts and when they came out there was a happy birthday wish written on the plate so it tasted even better! Brett was such a joy to have as a waiter! Excellent high end chain restaurant with an extensive menu. We six enjoyed salmon, Indian butter chicken, poke bowl tuna and crab cakes. A children's menu looked after them. Our server Paul was outstanding! He was one of the best, most professional servers I’ve ever had and I’ve eaten at the Eiffel Tower, Michelin restaurants and everything in between. If this is how Paul servers everyone… he’ll be moving up the ladder very quickly. Keep up the great work.
