Well..... I don't like leaving bad reviews but, I drove 30 mins there and 30 mins back. Also spent $150 in food and 2 lemonade. The meat was really dry and the sides as well. The mashed potatoes looked like they were from a box very bland. Same for the Mac and cheese. If I would of payed $50 I wouldn't be complaining but for$150 I expect quality and good taste. Was very disappointed and felt ripped off honestly. Any who I hope management reads this and hopefully fix it. Staff was nice and helpful. Atmosphere is nice as well. Unfortunately that didn't make up for the high prices and poor quality food.
Joey's BBQ is a great place to enjoy amazing quality barbecue, it's delicious. It's no wonder that Joey's has been a staple in Chino for such a long time. Brisket, ribs, nachos, chicken, sausages, onion rings, corn on the cob, beer, coleslaw, beans, and much more (see menu in pictures). It's a very rustic feeling place, no fancy dressing up required, just kick your feet up and have a giant slice of spicy watermelon. Dine inside or dine al fresco. 5 out of 5 stars.
First time eating here. It was phenomenally good. Food was delicious and the atmosphere felt like I was in another state, country BBQ. The service was great, they were helpful and attentive. I would recommend the three or two meat combo. Ask your server for help if you have a hard time navigating or understanding the menu, so you find the right dish for your appetite and know what it comes with.
Joey's barbecue in Chino Has been a family favorite of ours Since the early 60s Growing up over the hill in Diamond Bar long before the freeways even came through. Many great times and memories shared here over the decades. Very happy a small part of History has been able to survive so long when so many haven't. Congratulations Joey's BBQ

I've been visiting this place for 40 years. The brisket, potato, and corn were all reheated, but the bread was fantastic. I was really disappointed, especially since the bill was over sixty dollars for just two people.
Delicious BBQ with a nice smokey flavor. Meal was large enough to take some home for a snack later. Chicken was cooked well and brisket was tender. Would definitely like to try more food here.
Cool vibe!!! I'm not sure about the added charge for using my Amex card. The meat would have been great if they had a suace that wasn't so sweet. The watermelon was great.
Ordered the brisket sandwich. The meat was dry and the bread was hard. The baby back ribs were dry and not much flavor. Bad experience. What a waste of $120.00 never again

The prices are way too expensive for bbq...The 4% charge for using a credit/debit card should be removed. Food was just okay.
Perhaps our newest favorite BBQ restaurant. The food was tender and flavorful and the servers were attentive and responsive.
