Bequemer Ort, um auf das Boarding des Flugzeugs zu warten, der Kaffee war in Ordnung und der Service ist sehr gut. Ihr seid immer meine beste Wahl! Ich habe es immer genossen, im Johann Strauss Restaurant am Flughafen zu speisen. Bei meinem letzten Besuch war ich jedoch von meinem Essen enttäuscht. Die Fish and Chips schmeckten anders als bei meinen vorherigen Besuchen – sie waren nicht so lecker. Außerdem war die Portion kleiner als gewöhnlich und das Gericht war zu knusprig. Ich hoffe, dieses Feedback kann dazu beitragen, das Restauranterlebnis für zukünftige Gäste zu verbessern.
Staff is not helpful, they become rude sometimes. You hardly find a place to sit here so as soon as you see a free spot or someone is leaving go there and hold it for yourself. Be polite do not fight with people. They accept cash and cards. Food is very expensive as per it’s quality. No good experience you can avail here. As there are very limited options to eat so all food restaurants are expensive.
Terrible service! We wait 25 minutes to someone to take our orders, we understand it was busy and understaffed, but, other people who arrive after us were getting the orders taken and not us. When we question the waiters they would just shout at us to wait. Me and my wife had enough and we decided to leave the establishment. I do not recommend this place. You have better options around.
The quality is good, the price is not high, though I have no idea about Austrian restaurant prices. The male server is pushy. He pushed a 4.90 € orange juice although I got an Americano at the same time. He also ask you if you want to tip instead of letting you choose on the POS machine. Food 8.5 out of 10. Work ethics 3.5 out of 10. I paid $30 CAD for this table.

Bequemer Ort. Auch das Personal war liebenswert und aufmerksam. Ich hatte den Hühnchenburger und obwohl er einfach war, war er wirklich gut. Der Käsekuchen hingegen hat die Show gestohlen! Zuerst war ich etwas skeptisch, da ich ein einzelnes Stück davon etwas teuer fand, aber ich habe es wirklich, wirklich genossen!
As airport restaurants go, there was nothing wrong with this place at all and ideally located so close to D21 28 gates. Service was very good from most the staff and the food was fine. Beer and wine were good. Prices were the norm for an airport and to be honest...very fair for an airport like Vienna.
Great place to visit if you are in the airport for a few hours. We were very very early and still revived great service. The hot chocolate was great as it was a cold cold morning. The latte was also delicious and got us through our travels. Thanks again!
Over priced and terrible quality. Got a smoked salmon baguette and the salmon was slimy, bread was soggy. A bottle of water was 3.30. At duty free same size is 1.90 Much better places to eat in terminal 1 that are better priced as well.
