I came here with the expectation of great music, great atmosphere and great staff! Let me tell you I was not disappointed. I was served by a man called Callum who was 10/10, just the right amount of charm and cheek. Drinks although seemingly expensive reasonable compared to the local area and music was brilliant although my songs didn’t come on despite being there for 2+hours. All in all for the hot barman and incredible venue I could do nothing but recommend this pub
This pub in Wigan is definitely one of the best, if not THE best. The jukebox is legendary (if you can manage to get a song on!) and when we visited, there was a fantastic live band called Medusa playing. The bar staff are always very friendly and the atmosphere is amazing! 10/10 – highly recommend.
We only stopped by for some drinks and ended up sitting outside because it was so hot. The place was really busy, but we were lucky to grab a table with comfortable seating. We would definitely return if we were in the area again.
Tucked away behind the main shopping area, the John Bull is a brilliant old pub, service both traditional and guest ales. A great stop off for a traditional pint! Fantastic choice of music in the evenings too. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Like the '60s, 70 's and 80 's music LOUD and rockin!! Great place to unwind and drink your fav cocktail or brew. Fun crowd. Can 't wait to go back and chill out with a single malt.
john bull is the best pub in wigan. the personal is beautiful and friendly, be good and juke box is the best ever. You're guaranteed a good time when you leave. love it!
