We came to the shop to order and pick up one large (13 in) pizza 1/2 Tropical and 1/2 Supreme plus one small (9 in) Banana Split dessert pizza, costing in total $20.80, inclusive of $2 for extra mushroom topping. It took us some 15 minutes to wait as there was a large queue of phone/online orders before us. But it was worth waiting for. The half and half large pizza was delicious and the dessert pizza yummy. We like in particular the pizza base - with the thickness that was just right and crispy. The quantity of toppings was impressive and not oily at all. Will definitely return for more.
Johnny boys Pizza at Endeavour Hills is hit and miss, sometimes the pizza is acceptable and others it is really bad. If you order the Aussie the egg is never cooked which is dangerous to the health. Delivery can be very quick or can take over an hour and your pizza arrives very nearly cold, again dangerous to the health.Always, Always ask the price of the order when you ring and have the correct money when getting delivery as the delivery drivers will rip you off, they add money to the final amount, they will give you small change and short change you.
Each visit I have received the same consistent quality of food & service. The menu is large with a wide variety of pizza to select at good prices in comparison to the product you get. It's not groundbreaking pizza but very enjoyable with a generous share of toppings. I would recommend the pick up meal deal which consists of any 2 large pizza (no additional cost to add remove toppings or half & half), 1 large garlic bread roll & 1.25l drink @ $24.90. It's good to share with partner, family, friends or maybe alone
We have been buying our pizzas at Johnny Boys, Endeavour Hills, for many years. The pizzas are delicious and they are always accommodating if you want a variation on the menu ie half and half or adding or subtracting a topping. I purchased a Tropical pizza, which is just a Hawaiian pizza, and found it slightly burnt around the edge and found a grey hair mixed in with the topping and also bit into something that resembles a small shard of a chicken bone and now may need to go to the dentist. Very disappointing. Also expensive for a small pizza.
Never get my order right. But they make nice pizza and chips. Should move to a bigger shop. I've ordered for the last year several times and once they got it right. When I rang to complain the man yelled at me
Had its family size Tropical/Hawaii pizza here again last week - because our grandsons like it. Lots of toppings and inepensive (about $14) for self-pick up after ordering by phone.
