Johnny Rockets - Tisch reservieren

Currently sitting at the counter I was told I couldn’t sit at while waiting for food I had to order on their computer after waiting 9 mins for someone to come tell me it was cash only (or order on computer next to register). Very rude service. Counter a complete disaster full of food and drinks left behind so when I started making a clean space to sit, the server came over to tell me i couldn’t sit although there were two other girls sitting there. I just saw food go up in window ready, they didn’t even call my name although I put Trish on the order as you can see on my receipt so my food sat in the window with people looking through it, thinking it was theirs. It used to be excelent, and the burgers are still good, but the chili fries souce was bitter and burnt, and the milk shakes were mediocre ice-cream and a lot of syrup plus the prices skyrocketed, 2 people $40!. Add to the fact that the waiter looked like he rather be anywhere else, not once did he smiled and was short with customers, that made for a poor experience.

Food was bad. Dry really dry burgers. Fries over cooked like if it were cooked twice.the guy at the register was rude to at least 4 costumers that were behind me. I ordered trough the screen. But very bad experience over all. Their sheiks were over sweet and ask and pay for chocolate syrup on mine but they did put it on. When I asked he said they didn't have.

They told us at 5:32 they were closed even though everywhere says they close at 6.

Way to pricey . $21 for a turkey burger fries and no drink.
