I really hate to say this, but the last time I ordered a steak sandwich, it came on a roll—just like every other steak sandwich does. Instead, it was served on white bread, like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. That's definitely a letdown. I had high expectations, but the delivery didn't meet them. Additionally, the steak was overcooked.
Overall, the food was decent, but I'm not sure if they altered the Ranch Sauce because it had a strangely sweet taste. As for the 1000 Island dressing, it seemed more like a mix of ketchup and mayo. The Grilled Chicken Sandwich Special was quite enjoyable, but the fries were soggy, so I had to air fry them at home to crisp them up a bit.
I can confidently say this is the best burger and onion rings I've had in years. We also ordered a pastrami sandwich and a club sandwich, which came with fried zucchini and French fries, and I was told they were the best ever. This place is a hidden gem, and it will definitely be our new go-to spot.
Burger was delicious, of course the original store is my favorite drive thru. Its been awhile cuz I live 11 miles away from Johnnys territory. Next time easy sauce, sloppy burger but great! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
