This place is a bit confusing. The Detroit-style pizza is absolutely fantastic—it's reminiscent of NYC Sicilian with a nice pan crust. However, their actual Sicilian pizza looks and tastes like something you'd find in the frozen section of a supermarket. I ended up throwing away the plain slice while I was there. If you're going to charge $5 for the Detroit slice, it's outrageous to charge $4 for the Sicilian. The staff is super friendly, except for one rude younger girl at the counter, although I'm not sure if she’s still working there. You have the potential to make much better pizza, so step it up if you want to keep the John’s Of name.
I have attempted to call this restaurant multiple times, and each time I get put on hold right away. Today, I called three times and waited at least five minutes each time. I finally gave up and decided to go somewhere else. This isn't the first incident like this. It was around 4:50 PM, which doesn't seem like peak hours. I find this behavior very discourteous.
Food has gone downhill. I ordered a chicken parm sandwich and u could clearly tell it was store bought pre-made chicken. It was horrible. Probably cost 3 bucks due to quality of chicken and i paid 13 bucks for pre-made chicken sandwich. Sad. I won't be going back again. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The food was excellent, with a wide variety of unique flavors to choose from. The woman at the counter was extremely kind and patient as we made our selections. I highly recommend the graffiti pizza; it was a favorite among my group.
I ordered a cheesesteak, and all I could taste was salt. I also got calamari, which was overcooked and came with hot sauce instead of marinara. I was really disappointed—what a terrible experience!

Great pizza. A little pricey but very good. Horrible parking though when busy.
