John's Philly Grille (we Close Early If We Run Out Of Fresh Baked Bread)

Thought I ate a lot until I got the big boi from this place. Got the works and man it was filling. A bit hot but you just open that sandwich up and let it air out a bit. It acts as a candle making your surroundings smell like delicious Philly cheesesteak. People from all around will smell that delightful smell and once it’s cooled well it’s time to stuff your face like no one watching, because you won’t care who’s watching due to how that tasty it is. Highly recommend stopping here for lunch or just to grab a quick dinner.

I don't understand why there isn't a line going around the corner all day long at this place. Their sandwiches are the tastiest in OC! I got the John's Special with everything delicious! And the staff is so nice and friendly. The place looks like a dive at first glance, but don't let that dissuade you. It's part of the charm!Food: 5/5

The Guidos special is quite possibly the best Italian cold sub in the area! My other 2 go toos are the Godfather and The Works. Always with everything, hot peppers and sides of garlic sauce. Friendly, succent staff. A place for an outdoor minimal setting bite or take out.Food: 5/5

Wow what a great find everyone there was so nice and the food was absolutely Delicious they did not skimp on the meat it was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. I recommend this place to anyone who loves steak fries and Philly. Omg yummmFood: 5/5

Cheese Steak was not cooked fresh as I thought it would be. Reheated steak on the flat top was very dry. Major difference from the last time I had one.Food: 2/5
