The chicken from this food truck is simply amazing—perfectly cooked, with a crunchy exterior and juicy interior. It's well-seasoned and pairs wonderfully with the barbecue sauce. I especially appreciate that it isn't greasy. The fries were classic cut and just as delightful. They had a crispy texture on the outside and were soft on the inside. Every fry was consistent in quality; I didn't encounter any hard ones, which is important for me given that I have braces. These fries were expertly made. Every other Tuesday, a food truck comes to my workplace, and the staff is always very friendly. The brisket and pulled pork are delicious and tender every time. I typically ask for half the sauce because, while it's fantastic, I prefer less than what most people enjoy. The fries are definitely within my top five favorites of all time. I'm even considering taking an hour-long drive just to visit their restaurant because I believe it would be worth it!

When I walked in, the aroma of the food was incredible! It reminded me of an authentic Chicago BBQ rib house. This place is truly a hidden gem in the western suburbs! After the Bears game, my wife suddenly had a craving for ribs. We searched for "ribs near Naperville" and found John's place. What a fantastic choice! John is a wonderful guy, the conversations were enjoyable, and the ribs were amazing. We will definitely return soon, John!
Today, while at work, I discovered this hidden gem for BBQ. I ordered the brisket sandwich, which was part of a lunch special that included fries. Everything was so delicious and tender! The service was excellent, and the prices were great. I highly recommend it! Food: 5/5
John catered our party with his amazing pulled pork and BBQ chicken legs, delivering everything right to our door. He even included extra BBQ sauce, which was absolutely divine! The food was incredibly delicious, and we can't wait to order from him again.
