I ate in this beautiful restaurant twice last week eating at both places was fantastic. at the first opportunity we found the restaurant during the walk around the opposite close to our hotel and had luck getting a table without a booking in. the bar area at this opportunity of service matched the amazing eating. After we had such a good meal for 3, we have booked a table for our last night for 6 people so that the rest of our party could enjoy the great food. at the time of booking we were first in the diary for this day, so we were very surprised when we were told before all our main courses arrived on our second visit that we were only 45 minutes on the table. we were still amazed when th...
The best food I had in Val Thorens by far. The seared cod filet with mashed potatoes (I had the bacon replaced by semidried tomatoes) was so delicious I savoured every mouthful. So was the filet of beef which came with an amazing parsnip...purée. The apple crumble was also very tasty. We had some great nights in this cosy candlelit restaurant. Same price level as other restaurants we went to in Val Thorens but the quality here was so much better.
8 of us have booked here about a last minute half board with sunweb and were in a nearby hotel. we had breakfast and dinner for 6 days and it was a joy to look forward to ,both at the beginning and end...day. nice friendly staff, a relaxed but gentle atmosphere at dinner and amazing 3 curs meals. We took a slim, so did not know what to expect and felt happy with our choice. highly recommended.
It is a nice restaurant. But some details can be improved. Menus fall apart. Wine menu has no dates and is not super well balanced. But overall staff is fun and nice and I enjoyed the dishes very much.
