TLDR: Don 't order the Hash. I highly recommend you do not order the hash. In its current iteration is consists of a bunch of boiled vegetables and a few pieces of corn beef, lacking in any sort of crispiness or to be frank, potato, and covered in an oppressive mustard sauce. I think its fair to assume that at minimum a corned beef hash should have some element of a crispy potato. This dish lacked that entirely, made even more confusing by the diner next to me being served a plate of fried crispy potatoes. Ordered three dishes and overall they were good but not outstanding. The ribeye burger is juicy but fries are not crunchy. The Pato nuchos tastes special and yummy. I really enjoyed the service and the playful banter from the staff during our visit. They were fun, a bit cheeky, yet spot-on with their recommendations. We arrived early at 6:00 PM (for those who struggle with military time), so we had our pick of tables. However, by 6:15 PM, the restaurant was completely packed.
Always love Johnston's saltbox. We never forget to get the scones, and the rotating seasonal menus always mean something new to enjoy. The outdoor dining is delightful, even in winter, when you can enjoy the blankets they provide to help keep you comfortable. And the leftovers the next day are just as good.

Food was good and the service was prompt. I was surprised at how nice the patio out back was considering it was just on the corner of the street.
