Customer for more than 15 years, the quality of the dishes as well as the service has declined significantly over time. The ingredients or fish often give the impression of being less fresh, the rice poorly cooked, the makis/california that do not stand at all and I pass ... Most often in delivery now, the deadlines are longer and longer, on average 1h15-1h30 on the last orders. The last delivery of this week was the worst: 1h30 and all the californias had hard lawyer as wood. It took all of them to eat what was left, shameful. good products (several varieties of makis for me) but wait a bit: order placed by phone, I was told to go in 15-20min but finally it would seem that my order was launched at my arrival at the restaurant. So, wait another 10-15min on the spot. People who eat on the spot also seemed to wait a bit for their dishes. Outside of this, the makis were very good (maybe a little too fine with fresh products and a good balance rice/garniture. for take-away orders, packagings are well worked. the team is friendly and helpful
nous avons longuement attendu entre chaque plat :long pour soupe puis salade puis, très long avant d'avoir le plat principal, sans compter que 2 plats ont été servi puis le 3eme alors que les 2 premiers étaient terminés !Dans l'un des menus il y avait des raviolis japonais (gyozas), normalement servis tièdes, ils étaient froids!mal réchauffés ou froids d'attendre?Bref, déçue par ce restaurant que l'on connait depuis de nombreuses années!
Mais quel simulacre de service!!! 2h15 d'attente pour 7mn à scooter de distance....aucune explication pendant l'attente et pour seul geste d'excuse: arrondi à la dizaine inférieure...sens du commerce frôlant le niveau du caniveau...et, clou du spectacle, commande incomplète à la livraison....nourriture correcte, tarifs élevés et service exécrable...bref, vous avez mieux où investir votre temps et votre argent! Nous étions 3 à table : j'ai été servi alors que les deux autres convives avaient été servis plus tôt et avaient déja fini leur repas
