I ordered the garlic parmesan wings, which looked fantastic on the website—covered in sauce and topped with parmesan. However, the wings we received didn’t quite match that description. We ended up using garlic mayo that we had at home. The photo was so enticing that I’m tempted to try again, but next time I’ll ask for extra sauce on the wings. I had high hopes because my fiancé and I have had good experiences at Lazy Dog, but the wings definitely needed more sauce. Well I waited for almost an hour for my food and around minute 42 I went inside and asked the hostess what the hold up was, her response was, well we don 't go back there (the kitchen) so I 'm not sure. THAT is not an answer. It was a mess. No one knew why it was taking so long, and no one offered to help solve the issue.
I ordered 20 boneless wings and two boxes of fries through Uber Eats, but they didn't deliver the fries, and one of the boxes of boneless wings was incomplete. The service was terrible, and they didn't even respond to my complaint. It seems they don't care about customer service at all, as I never received a response.
The wings were a little dry on the sauce front, but they had fantastic flavor, and the chicken's taste and texture were great. The onion rings and tater tots were also very good, along with the delicious dipping sauces. Jolene, if you add more sauce to your wings, you could earn a 5-star rating!

The wings looked like they had been dropped and were cold. The brownie was hard as a rock, couldn't eat it and there wasn't any chocolate sauce. Very disappointed in the condition of my food.
We decided to try the wings and ordered them in two different sauce styles. Unfortunately, both were dry, lacked flavor, and were quite disappointing overall. We won’t be returning.
This food was horrible. Chicken was uncooked. After one bite I knew if I ate the meal I would be sick. Trashed the meal. 42$ door dash wasted. Please save your money!!!!!!!
Took them over 30 minutes to make my 8 wings. Also no one answered the phone when I called for curbside delivery, so I had to go in. It wasn't even busy.

I wasn't sure what to anticipate, but as always, Lazy Dog went above and beyond my expectations.
The driver was very friendly, and the food never fails to impress me with every order I place.
