NO BURGER PATTY We bought a yumburger yesterday and at first we just thought that the burger was really thin (maybe using a thin patty? But for $5.99 that is still unacceptable). When we took a bite, it tasted plain, so my husband opened up the burger and saw that there was no burger patty inside. We are so disappointed that this has happened twice to us. Where is the attention to detail?!
Jollibee is my guilty pleasure! Their crispy chickenjoy and sweet-style spaghetti are absolute must-tries. The food is affordable, and the flavors are unique and comforting. The chicken I ordered from Uber eats was raw. Checked the other pieces and also was pink in the inside. The cooked parts tasted stale as well. I was looking forward to trying Jollibees as it was a childhood memory growing up in the Philippines— too bad I couldn’t eat this. : please do a safety check with your kitchen and train your staff how to cook properly.
I ordered their fried chicken recently and was disappointed to find that it was not freshly cooked. The batter was not as crispy as before, it was a bit hard, and some parts of the chicken were not fully covered with batter. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This is my second time ordering chicken, and I always get raw chicken. Please do something about it because it is gross, and talk to your cook about training him or her properly.
Good place to eat, but please smile more when taking orders like how Jollibee employees do back in the Philippines coz most Filipino's that go there miss Jollibee back home
Good vibes inside the store with lively music. I only miss the red thick sauce of Jolibee Philippines which is much different from here.
