Food is great as always. Jollibee never fails me to impress me with their food. But the service, the customer service in Jollibee specifically to this location, is the worst! Being a filipino who's in customer service industry, I was expecting a good service but hell no! You have to pay for extra gravy because they can only give a certain gravy per piece of chicken, plus if you ordered via drive thru, no way in hell they will change the order. Not even to add anything. You have to turn around, go to the ordering side of the drive thru to add even just a cup of rice. If not only for the location of this jollibee, I will not come back here. Jollibee is a must-try in Filipino cuisine. There's no doubt about it. The restaurant is spotless and the service is both friendly and efficient. We ordered a bucket of Chicken Joy, with a side of Adobo Rice, Spaghetti, and Pancit Palabok, along with the essential gravy. The chicken was hot, crispy, and delightfully juicy. The Adobo Rice was a tad salty on our visit, while the Spaghetti was a bit dry. The Pancit Palabok, however, was perfection. We also enjoyed the Pineapple Quencher and Mango Pineapple Quencher, which were a refreshing contrast to the savory meal. Prices are a bit high, but to be expected for the quality of food and service.
Last month alone we came practically each week. It's nice to be able to sit down and enjoy the meal as a family, even better when the food is hot and the chicken is crisp. Had a couple of hiccups with food ordering when their system was unexpectedly down and had to fork whatever cash was available to eat, instead of our typical online quick ordering. But, overall food is tasty and we'll need to lessen this to spontaneous trips when Fall arrives and for our arteries to not intensify.
My son asked me to go here for him because I was in the area and we don’t have one in our area and so glad I did!! The chicken was pretty good, the service was exceptionally professional (loved it) and the atmosphere was tranquil and clean!! Wow, next time I’ll actually look at the menu and dine in to see if the service is just the same..

Just when you thought fast food couldn’t get any worse-boom. Hamburger meat taste like heavily processed loaded with fillers. Is it even beef? Lettuce and tomatoes were well roened to say the least…and it was $13.50.Not good…Place was very clean and everyone was wearing masks like good little citizens…
The food at this restaurant was tasty, especially the spicy chicken which was a standout. The staff were friendly, although a bit confused with orders at times. The manager was helpful in resolving any issues. Overall, I would rate this location a 10/10.

This is the first time I visit Jollibee. I've heard that their fried chicken is pretty good. However I have waited for 15 minutes for my order. I'm not sure I will visit again.

I am an Uber driver and one of my customers recommended Jollibee to me. The chicken was incredibly crispy and juicy, without being greasy. The pies were also delicious.
I've had Jollibee several times. Mostly in midtown Manhattan. The spicy chicken is juicy and flavorful. The fries were basic but the dipping gravy was a plus.
