Overall great experience. I ordered online to pick up. I arrived 15 minute late, but they didn't put my order together until I arrived. Very nice of them! Food came out fresh. The pineapple drink was very good, the burger was just so-so, as the bun was slightly stale. Burger did have a nice flavor with lots of mayo. I ordered a three piece with one spicy. Chicken was crispy and tasty. Get extra gravy with the 3 piece. The palabok fiesta was also very tasty. I've never had anything quite like it before and I'm not sure it really complimented the chicken, but it was yum with unique flavors. Overall my experience was great. We drove an hour and fifteen minutes just to get two thighs and eight drumsticks, and it was utterly unacceptable. We waited around 30 minutes only to receive an order that was questionable. Additionally, I noticed that people who arrived after us were served before we were, which makes no sense; those with smaller orders shouldn’t get priority over larger ones, especially when we've been waiting longer. I've tried calling to discuss this issue, but no one picked up. Honestly, after getting this off my chest, I feel a bit better.
I finally had the chance to try this place, and I absolutely loved it! The chicken was juicy and crispy, while the burger had a flavor reminiscent of Salisbury steak, which I found delicious. The fries were fantastic, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. The peach mango pie and pineapple juice were excellent as well, with the sweetness perfectly balancing the saltiness of the sandwiches and fries. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and I will definitely return until a new location opens up closer to me!
I really love Jollibee and used to enjoy it almost every day when I lived in the East Bay area of California. I was thrilled to learn that they have opened locations in Maryland. However, I was disappointed to find out that the spicy chicken I used to crave was unavailable. In fact, it won’t be available until late February 2024. Because they didn’t have what I wanted, I decided not to place an order at this location. I guess I’ll have to wait until the end of February for my spicy chicken fix!

Whatever management did to make this branch better, you are definitely on the right track. It was rough when they just opened. Back then food tasted different and staff was still adjusting and didnt know the brand yet. Now food taste authentic, staff and cashier are amazing, wait time is shorter. Indoors is very clean and homey. Hopefully the menu adds the Taho and also the Halo-Halo.
I went around 2pm on a Monday and there wasn't a line at all. We walked right up, placed our order, and received our food less than 5 minutes later. We got the 1pc chicken joy with spaghetti, chicken sandwich, and peach mango pie. Everything was extremely hot, fresh, and delicious! If we didn't live so far, we would come here more often. I'm very disappointed with my experience at Jolibee today. This isn't the first time I've ordered 16 pieces of chicken tenders, so I was surprised by what I received. The tenders were incredibly small and didn't even fill the bucket. I waited over 20 minutes for this, and it's worth noting that the tenders aren't cheap.
This Filipino chicken chain is excellent. The fried chicken comes with gravy to dip it in that adds more flavor. Get it with a side of Filipino spaghetti that somes with a sweet sauce that has ham, groundmeat hot dogs in it. The peach mango pie is great.

Really clean location with friendly staff. Food comes out really quickly. They have tablet ordering stations and you can order via the app as well. Parking is easy to find and the food quality is as consistent as the other locations
You definitely have to try the spicy chicken sandwich; it's amazing! The spaghetti is great as well.
